Our Story
Where Heritage Meets Haute Cuisine
Marc's Cuisine was born from a singular conviction: that Haitian food belongs in the conversation of great world cuisines. Founded by Chef Marc Beauchamp, a Port-au-Prince native who trained in Paris and New York, the restaurant is both a homecoming and a declaration.
We source our ingredients with obsessive care: black djon djon mushrooms flown in from the northern provinces, Scotch bonnet peppers grown by a Haitian family farm in South Florida, fresh conch sourced daily from the Keys.

From Our Kitchen
Signature Dishes

Griot
$32.00Slow-marinated pork shoulder, twice-fried to a crisp mahogany crust, served with pikliz — the fiery pickled cabbage slaw that is the soul of Haitian street food, elevated here with a house pepper vinaigrette.

Poulet en Sauce
$28.00Free-range chicken braised low and slow in a deeply aromatic sofrito of Scotch bonnet, thyme, and clove. The sauce is built over hours, yielding a velvety, perfumed richness.

Tassot de Boeuf
$34.00Beef that has been marinated in sour orange and spice, then fried until deeply caramelized and served with fried plantains and a bright citrus dipping sauce.

What Our Guests Say
The griot alone is worth the trip. Perfectly fried, the pikliz has exactly the right amount of fire. This is the best Haitian food I've had outside of my mother's kitchen.
